Prices are shown in USD, GBP, or CAD depending on your location, and may change without notice. Bundle prices (e.g. The Haunting Trio, Witchlight Porch, Full Manor Haunt) include free shipping and any advertised free gift, both already reflected in the listed price.

3. Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Full payment is required at the time of order.

4. Shipping and delivery

6. Free gifts and bundle promotions

Free gift items included with bundle purchases have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and are not sold separately. If a bundle order is returned, any free gift included with it must be returned as well, or its estimated value may be deducted from the refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the Witchlight name, logo, and product photography — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emeraude Golf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence (including your statutory consumer rights in the UK).
