1. Who we are

This website is operated by Emeraude Golf, registered at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, trading as Witchlight. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].

These Terms govern your use of the site and your purchase of any product from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to order — generally you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Products and pricing

Prices are shown in USD, GBP or CAD depending on your location and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at the moment you place your order. Bundle prices include free shipping and any advertised free gift, both already reflected in the listed price. Any "compare at" price shown alongside a sale price is the price at which we offer, or have offered, that item individually.

Product photography is intended to represent the item accurately. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and lit products photograph differently in daylight and darkness.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, or unavailable stock — and will refund you in full if we do.

5. Shipping, delivery and import charges

All orders ship internationally from mainland China. Delivery estimates, costs and customs information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes charged by your own country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

6. Returns and cancellation

Your cancellation and return rights, including the UK statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Free gifts and bundle promotions

Free gift items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and are not sold separately. If a bundle is returned, any free gift must be returned with it or its stated value may be deducted from the refund.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Witchlight name, logo, copy and product photography — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape, copy or republish its content for commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emeraude Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our products or this site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts where the law allows.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
