Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Because Witchlight is based in the United Arab Emirates, every order is an international shipment.

Because every order ships internationally, delivery times are longer than a typical domestic store — please build this into your expectations, especially close to Halloween.
Shipping costs
Every bundle (The Haunting Trio, Witchlight Porch, Full Manor Haunt) includes free shipping, already built into the listed price — nothing extra is charged at checkout. For single-item, non-bundle orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import duties
As every order is shipped internationally from the UAE, orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada may all be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country on delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed by customs processing or carrier disruptions outside our control, and can run longer around the Halloween peak season. We'll do our best to keep you informed.
