Who we are

Witchlight is a trading name of Emeraude Golf, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in mainland China.

Our 30-day return promise

If your order isn't the atmosphere you were hoping for, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the items are unused, complete and in their original packaging. This is our own commercial policy and sits on top of the legal rights described below.

Your legal right to cancel (United Kingdom)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you name, takes physical possession of the goods — or of the last item, where an order is delivered in parts.

To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel before the period expires: email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number, or use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy. You may use the form, but you do not have to.

After cancelling, you must send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us. We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back — or, if earlier, within 14 days of you supplying evidence that you have sent them. Refunds go to the original payment method; you will not be charged a fee for this.

Return postage: for a change-of-mind cancellation you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Because parcels are returned internationally, this can be significant relative to the item price — please weigh that up before ordering. You do not pay return postage where an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Your statutory rights (all markets)

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. In the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality; you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. Consumers in Canada and the United States retain all rights available under their applicable federal, provincial or state law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including all delivery costs, at no charge to you. Do not return a damaged item before contacting us.

Returning a bundle

Bundle prices reflect a discount for buying several items together. If you return only part of a bundle, that item is refunded at its individual (non-bundle) price rather than a proportional share of the bundle price. Any free gift included must be returned with the rest of the bundle, or its stated value may be deducted from the refund. Returning a complete bundle is refunded in full.

How to start a return

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us — parcels returned to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons, wigs and worn costume items cannot be returned once they have been removed from their sealed packaging, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
