Our promise

If your Witchlight order isn't the atmosphere you were hoping for, you can return it within [30 days] of delivery for a refund.

How to start a return

Email [returns@witchlight.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the next steps within [1–2 business days].

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we refund the original payment method within [5–10 business days].

International return shipping

[State clearly who pays return shipping on an international return — this matters more here than for a domestic store, since every return crosses a border. E.g. 'return shipping is the customer's responsibility except for damaged/incorrect items' or 'we provide a prepaid return label for [markets].']

Bundle returns

Because bundle prices reflect a discount for buying multiple items together, a partial return of a single item from a bundle will be refunded at that item's individual (non-bundle) price, not a proportional share of the bundle price. Any included free gift must be returned with the rest of the bundle.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

UK statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the UK, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This right exists alongside our own return window above — whichever gives you more time applies.
